Righteous Wrestling Club, "The Pride", is a group of athletes who use wrestling as an avenue to display excellence. We train smarter and harder than our opponents so that we can excel both on and off the mat. The lessons we learn in competition and in training are used in every aspect of our lives to be both mentally tough and physically prepared for whatever challenges we face. The superior level of instruction and training that we partake in as a group sets us a cut above the rest. We will always strive for perfection in wrestling as we achieve excellence in everything we do. The pride is and will always be an example of sportsmanship and perseverance.

Weekly Training Sessions
Our training program focuses on a technical understanding and systematic approach to mastery of techniques in folkstyle (college and high school) as well as freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling. Each hour covers basic to high level variations of techniques to make sure our wrestlers are ready for any situation. All while linking technical instruction with the mental preparedness necessary to create wrestling athletes.
We'll have monthly classes on nutrition and performance a well as tips and guides on how to implement other non-tangible aspects of wrestling and competition preparedness.
All of this in a 90 min structured class that gives each athlete almost 5-hours of training every week.
Tuesdays: 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Sunday: 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM
